1976: Founded by Nitgard Würfel in West Berlin
1983: Takeover by son Bernd Wuerfel
1989: Purchase by Günter and Rita Tauber after the early death of Bernd Wuerfel
1991: Relocation of the company just outside of Berlin to Hennigsdorf
1995: New building and move to the current premises in Velten
2009: Takeover by the Reifel Holding GmbH
2010: Expansion of the tool shop for external customers
2012: Development of partnerships with toolmaking companies in Europe and Asia
2014: Capacity expansion in plastics production
2015: Expansion of toolmaking in the milling shop, laser welding, moldflow and construction (CAD)
2015: New Sodick wire EDM and 260T machine
2016: Expansion of the laboratory with a new Zeiss CMM machine
2017: Expansion through Hall 4, construction of production for an OEM
